This executive‑level role, based in Lexington, KY, reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer of Gray Construction. Why Gray? Position Summary The Vice President of Business Excellence is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining the organization’s Business Excellence Operating Model. This role drives continuous improvement, operational performance, quality management, and change adoption across all areas of operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives/initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
