Requirements

• At least five years in a financial sales role.
• Three or more years of management experience within a financial services environment.
• Active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that embraces the company brand and cultivates revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness.
• Educate the local market to drive national initiatives and grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation.
• Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees to develop sales capabilities through dedicated mentoring and coaching.
• Run branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes.
• Build and lead strategies to develop associates and their business.
