About The Position
The Vice President of Asset Management (West) will provide management and support of Asset Manager and Asset Director associates with specific asset assignments in Bell's Western region target markets. This role will lead the implementation and execution of strategies, policies, and initiatives for roughly 35 multi-family properties (11,000 units) and participate alongside the investment team for prospective acquisitions, and provide updates and communication for investors and internal audiences.
