About The Position
Facilitates the request and review of commercial real estate valuations to determine market value for related financial transactions in accordance with internal bank policies/procedures, industry standards and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) & the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery & Enforcement Act (FIRREA) required. This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely).
