About The Position
The Retirement Income Solutions (RIS) Business, one of the largest U.S. segments in MetLife, offers a wide variety of products including pension risk transfer products, stable value products, structured settlements, Institutional Income Annuities, UK Reinsurance solutions, Annuity Reinsurance Solutions, Post Retirement Benefit solutions and COLI/BOLI. Reporting to SVP, head of RIS Risk Solutions, the VP plays a critical role in RIS. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the organization and will be responsible for not only the P&Ls of the newly formed US retail annuity reinsurance business but also the R&D function supporting all RIS businesses to accelerate profitable growth and optimize capital efficiency in alignment with MetLife's New Frontier strategy.
