About The Position

The Vice President of the Advantage team will lead a global, cross-functional tiger team delivering high-impact AI engagements for Marquee customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10+ years leading strategic consulting, transformation, or advanced technology programs (AI/ML, automation, digital transformation) with a proven ability to translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise AI frameworks, data foundations, workflow design, and cloud architectures, with the ability to guide C-suite customers through visioning, prioritization, and activation of high-value AI use cases.
  • Strong track record running multi-week, high-intensity executive engagements, including POCs, co-innovation sprints, and deployment acceleration workshops—marshalling cross-functional teams and maintaining executive alignment.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influence skills, capable of engaging CIO/CTO/CDO-level stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and driving decision-making across global enterprises.
  • Proven people leadership experience, building and leading high-performing, cross-regional teams of consultants, architects, analysts, and program leaders, and fostering a culture of excellence, urgency, and customer obsession.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team that take customers from vision → roadmap → execution
  • Build and lead a global team of strategic consultants and orchestrate resources from across the organization to deliver measurable outcomes and net-new revenue
  • Define scope, outcomes, and deliverables for co-innovation and deployment acceleration workshops.
  • Pull in workflow design, innovation office, CEG, Services, and CTO teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Turn complex customer challenges into clear requirements and data-driven AI solutions.
  • Accelerate deployment, unlock net-new revenue, and ensure value realization for Marquee customers.
  • Be the primary interface for customer executives and internal leadership.
