About The Position
The ideal candidate builds relationships, reviews and approves credit, and manages agribusiness and capital markets portfolios. The position serves as the Association’s primary contact with our Capital Markets partners and provides agribusiness subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, master’s degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience managing a commercial loan portfolio with experience in loan syndications and participation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Advanced knowledge of credit analysis and regulatory requirements with respect to borrowers’ rights
- Advanced knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and loan portfolio management
- Proficiency in structuring complex loans, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with customers or vendors, and analyzing complex technical data by using logic and quantitative reasoning
- Communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
