VP, Account Supervisor This position can be based remotely (working from home) or at our headquarters in Stamford, CT. The VP, Account Supervisor serves as a senior strategic partner to clients, providing executive leadership across accounts while driving business growth, team development, and market access excellence. This role requires deep payer and reimbursement expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior pharmaceutical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Market Access agency or comparable healthcare/pharma experience
  • Proven success managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Maturity to handle independent senior-level Client contact
  • Understanding of therapeutic categories/disease states
  • Strong financial management and forecasting experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as senior strategic lead and trusted advisor to market access client stakeholders
  • Drive long-term brand and market access strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Oversee account performance, financial health, forecasting, and profitability
  • Lead high-level client engagements including QBRs and annual planning
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business initiatives
  • Provide proactive counsel on market access trends and evolving payer landscapes
  • Understand patient support and access trends and requirements
  • Mentor and develop account leadership talent
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
  • Uphold and model company values in all client and team interactions
