Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; college coursework or degree is a plus
  • Prior leadership experience in sales hospitality or timeshare preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve and maintain strong team closing rates and sales performance metrics
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse sales team
  • High level of professionalism integrity and accountability
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with both guests and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and develop Voyage Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Oversee the guest transition process following the main sales presentation to ensure a seamless high quality experience
  • Monitor and improve team performance metrics including closing percentages and customer satisfaction
  • Train team members on presenting the Capital Vacations ownership benefits and 10 Year Term Product
  • Support sales representatives in crafting personalized vacation visions that resonate with each guests lifestyle
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing feedback performance evaluations and coaching sessions to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies processes and team development initiatives
  • Perform all other managerial duties as assigned
