Vote Extraction Clerk (On-Site)

We are actively seeking a Vote Extraction Clerk for our Edgewood facility. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. Actively engage in the daily operations of the Vote Processing Department, including all functions around sortation, extraction and scanning of inbound mail. This person also has shared responsibility for the functions around the library, return mail and UND processes. This individual is also tasked as the primary trainer for new hires in both seasonal and non-seasonal times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in similar role
Responsibilities
- Ensure that daily tasks around Sortation are seen through to completion based on all regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Ensure that daily tasks around Extraction are seen through to completion based on all regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Ensure that daily tasks around Scanning are seen through to completion based on all regulatory and internal guidelines.
