About The Position

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer for the Lincoln Parish School Board! You must be recommended by a faculty member and approved by a principal or district supervisor before your application will be screened.

Requirements

• Must be recommended by a faculty member.
• Must be approved by a principal or district supervisor.
• May be required to complete criminal background checks and fingerprints.

Responsibilities

• Request recommendation for volunteer approval from the principal or faculty sponsor at least 2 weeks before the start date of the volunteer activity.
• Complete the online volunteer application and acknowledgement of volunteer policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
• Complete criminal background checks and fingerprints if required.
• Attend additional trainings if serving as a volunteer coach.
