Volunteer
About The Position
Volunteers are valuable assets throughout the District. Before volunteering, an individual must complete a Criminal History Background Check. These are available in the District Office and each school office. You will also find a copy under forms on our website. An individual will not be able to volunteer until the background check is completed and the results received (it takes approximately 2-3 weeks). Those who are not able to volunteer will be given written notification. Coaches as volunteers: if someone assisting in practices or games is not paid, they are a volunteer and need to have a background check before working with any team in any capacity.
