The East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) provides free legal services, advocacy, and education to under-resourced communities in the East Bay. We strive to center women of color and other historically excluded communities in the pursuit of thriving, equitable lives. By volunteering with EBCLC, you will be part of advancing racial justice in the East Bay by helping underserved and historically excluded communities access vital legal support. You will gain hands-on, practical experience contributing directly to EBCLC’s clinics and projects, where your work with clients, policy advocacy, and community outreach truly matters. Volunteers will receive high-quality mentorship and supervision that builds their capacity to act as advocates, problem solvers, and legal professionals. This is an opportunity to grow as a leader in social justice, contributing to systemic change through EBCLC’s holistic, collaborative model and becoming part of a pipeline for future justice-minded lawyers and advocates.
