Requirements

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, select, orient, and place volunteers
• Administer new volunteer training and annual competency training for established volunteers
• Evaluate performance of volunteers
• Develop, administer, and review policies and procedures for the volunteers
• Manage communications about the volunteer program via social media, email, and internet
• Manage the use of the vendor tool, Volgistics, volunteer database
• Plan and implement volunteer appreciation and recognition events
