About The Position
The Volunteer Services Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing recruitment, management, recognition, and retention of volunteers at UnityPoint Health - Des Moines. This role works closely and collaboratively with the UnityPoint Health - Des Moines Volunteer Services team, hospital departments and leadership to support the coordination of volunteer opportunities for high school, college, and adult volunteers. This role maintains focus on innovative volunteer programs that enhance the quality of care for patients, families, staff, and the community.
