About The Position
The Volunteer Service Coordinator at Carle Health is responsible for developing and managing volunteer programs across multiple campuses, including Methodist Medical Center, Proctor Hospital, and Pekin Hospital. This part-time role focuses on establishing recruitment campaigns, providing support to enhance patient and employee satisfaction, and ensuring volunteers are well-prepared through training and orientation. The coordinator will also assist the HR team with special projects as needed.
