About The Position
Lakewood Church is seeking an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our Volunteer Operations Department as a Volunteer Operations Specialist. This critical role will focus on the analysis and optimization of volunteer data to support operational efficiency and decision-making across all ministries. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with ministry leaders to ensure data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to optimize volunteer experiences. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Constituent Relations.
