Essential Duties · The volunteer promotes HOPE, Inc. as the premier peer support organization to the behavioral health community and prospective funding sources. · Collaborates with Center and Program Directors to ensure that necessary material and human resources are available for internal and external events. · Assists with HOPE’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) · Works with leadership to publish articles about quantitative outputs and qualitative outcomes. · Coordinates attendance of community events and promotes HOPE services in the community. Manages event registrations, payment, tracking and communications with event organizer. · Follows HOPE’s mission and programs. · Coordinates with Marketing and Communications Manager to develop a marketing and/or mailing list for community stakeholders to keep up on HOPE’s activities. · Supports fundraising efforts via marketing and social media messaging. · Assists in the creation of style guides and templates for all HOPE internal print and promotional marketing materials. Assists with orders and distributes all external marketing materials. Tracks shipment, payment and invoicing associated with orders. · Creates video content per marketing plan. · Performs other duties as assigned.
