As the Volunteer Experience Manager, you'll be at the center of cultivating a thriving volunteer ecosystem that fuels our humanitarian mission. This dynamic position blends strategic planning, relationship-building, and hands-on leadership to recruit, onboard, train, and retain a passionate, diverse volunteer force. From shaping partnerships and mentoring leaders to designing recruitment events, you'll champion every stage of the volunteer journey. You'll also play a role in Youth and Young Adult Engagement, inspiring service and leadership across K-12 schools and colleges.
