Tri-CAP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Volunteer Driver Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about serving your community, supporting others, and leading with purpose, we want to meet you.
About the Role
As the Volunteer Driver Manager, you will coordinate, support, and inspire our team of employees and volunteer drivers who help community members access essential services. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategy, and heart.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced (Preferred) – experience in volunteer management, transportation coordination, or leadership is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who brings the right mindset and drive.

• Recruit, train, and support volunteer drivers

• Oversee scheduling and program operations
• Communicate with clients, staff, and volunteers
• Problem-solve daily operational challenges
• Track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Serve as a trusted leader who motivates and empowers others
• Identify, develop and drive department growth
