Under the direction of the Director of Patient and Family Experience and in collaboration with the Nurse Midwifery Services team, the Volunteer Doula Program Coordinator will recruit, onboard, schedule and support community volunteers who serve as doulas providing continuous presence and support to pregnant patients and their partners during labor, childbirth and the immediate postpartum period.
