About The Position
The Volunteer Coordinator plans with the manager of volunteer services the objectives and scope of the adult program. Directly supervises volunteers in designated areas. Resolves conflicts and problems as they arise. Acts as a liaison between volunteers, associates, visitors, patients, etc. Accountable for a thorough knowledge and understanding of volunteer policies and procedures and hospital policies relating to volunteers. Develops the Volunteer Services Annual Report and is Editor of VOLUNTEER VOICE.
