The Volunteer AR Clerk will be responsible for clerical and administrative support by tracking receipts from parent fees and communicating these receipts to appropriate departments.
Prepares, posts and verifies collections.
Maintains and updates tracking files.
Identifies delinquent accounts and contacts account holders to request payment.
Performs other AR related assignments.
Reliable and trustworthy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
Interest in learning accounting systems.
Skilled in operating standard office equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred.
