As the Volunteer and Donor Engagement Coordinator, you’ll lead the development of a meaningful and well-managed volunteer program while playing a key role in cultivating relationships with donors who share our commitment to inclusion and impact. Your ability to stay organized, juggle priorities, and nurture people will ensure that our development and stewardship efforts continue to thrive. This role blends creativity, community-building, and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate across teams to support events, steward donors, and help tell the story of why Hand in Hand matters. The ideal candidate is mission-minded, organized, has an eye for detail, and thrives on building strong relationships.
