About The Position

As the LifeWise Administrative Assistant, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations that are essential to the success of the LifeWise program. LifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law. Requirements

  • A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith [https://lifewise.org/statementoffaith/]
  • Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith [https://lifewise.org/statementoffaith/]

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of administrative experience in an office/church setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations of the program
  • Assist the Program Director with data management
  • Assist the Program Director with enrollment coordination
  • Assist the Program Director with communications with school personnel and families
  • Assist the Program Director with other duties as assigned
  • Use Google Workspace
  • Navigate a variety of websites and systems as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training as needed
  • Attend the LifeWise Summit
  • Represent LifeWise at community events as applicable
  • Help with fundraising events as needed
