What You’ll Do: Own the Court: Maintain a safe, fair, and fun game environment for youth athletes. Coach on the Fly: Help kids learn the rules and the importance of sportsmanship. Be the Authority: Manage game clocks, keep scores, and make the right calls with confidence. Who We’re Looking For: Reliable Leaders: You’re punctual, professional, and ready to take charge. Sports Enthusiasts: You know volleyball (playing, coaching, or officiating experience is a plus!). Great Communicators: You can talk to players, coaches, and parents with respect and a positive attitude. Jacksonville Locals: You are available to work all 7 Sundays of the season. The Requirements: Must pass a National Criminal Background Check. Must be self-motivated and able to think on your feet. Pre-season training is provided—we’ll make sure you’re ready for kickoff!
