About The Position

The position is for an 8th Grade Girls Volleyball Coach at EAMS. The coach will be responsible for leading and developing the volleyball program for the girls' team, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The role includes planning practices, coaching during games, and fostering a positive environment for student-athletes.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching volleyball at the middle school level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a head coach or assistant coach.
• Certification in coaching or related fields.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct volleyball practices.
• Coach the team during games and tournaments.
• Develop athletes' skills and teamwork.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
