What You Will Do: Assist customers through the full automotive sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Work in a supportive, team-focused environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience required
• Automotive dealership sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong computer and CRM skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
