About The Position

Crown Automotive is seeking a Volkswagen Sales & Leasing Representative to join their family-owned dealership. This full-time position offers a salary plus commission, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The representative will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information on vehicle options, and assist in the sales process, all while becoming an expert in Volkswagen products.

Requirements

• Strong desire to succeed.
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Maintain a prospect development system; prospect customers using various methods including internet leads and referrals.
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Fully explain vehicle performances, new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to prospects.
• Describe all options available for customer purchase.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and make arrangements for customers to test-drive vehicles.
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voicemails.
