The position is responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining all Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure equipment, including routers, switches, and the Cisco CUCM and UCCX environment. The role involves day-to-day management of the Cisco CUCM and UCCX environment, supporting contact centers, and administration of Finesse and Upstream Works platforms. The individual will support integrations between On-prem CUCM, Webex calling, MSFT Teams, and on-prem Cisco VTC rooms. The position requires coordination and participation in planned maintenance activities to ensure voice and recording systems are properly implemented and maintained according to best practices with minimal impact to the business. Additionally, the role involves evaluating new technologies and solutions to enhance the voice environment to serve strategic and tactical business objectives.
