About The Position
The Telecommunications IT Lead Technician role involves installing and troubleshooting various telecommunications systems, including Access Control, Data, Voice, CCTV, and VOIP. This position requires a self-sufficient technician who can work independently and is comfortable with both installation and de-installation tasks. The technician will be responsible for ensuring network connectivity and may need to travel to customer locations for service work.
