About The Position

The Phone Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing our communication infrastructure by auditing call performance and ensuring system integrity. You will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Operations, and Development to ensure our inbound, outbound, and AI-driven voice technologies are delivering a high-quality user experience and meeting business objectives.

Requirements

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at large sets of call data and spot patterns or technical anomalies.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort working with VoIP systems, CRM software, and AI voice interfaces.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision when testing complex call routing logic.
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical phone system issues into "plain English" for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of inbound, outbound, and AI-generated calls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor various aspects of the phone system for issues, errors and improvements
  • Assists marketing, operations, and the development team with requests and reporting
  • Regularly test inbound, outbound, and AI phone systems
  • Identify trends in call data and recommend technical or procedural improvements to enhance the caller experience.
