Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services required.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
  • A strong desire to empower individuals, foster independence, and promote recovery.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and employers alike.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in community-based, fast-paced environments.
  • Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate vocational strengths, interests, and readiness to co-create personalized employment plans.
  • Actively engage with local employers to develop job opportunities and cultivate a robust job bank.
  • Offer on-site, in-person job coaching and follow-along support to help clients thrive in their new roles.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to blend vocational goals with mental health recovery.
  • Conduct engaging workshops on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and professional etiquette.
  • Build symptom management skills, provide crisis intervention, and guide clients through the vocational recovery process.
