Requirements

• Six months of full-time work experience in vocational rehabilitation services, or one year with a Master's degree in psychology or counseling, or two years with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload and contribute to VR performance measures.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency standards for all cases.
• Utilize the automated case management system (ORCA) for client information management.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate medical and psychological information for service eligibility.
• Gather and evaluate materials to provide vocational counseling and guidance.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans and track client progress.
