Requirements
- 2+ years of nursing experience (RN or LVN) within the last 5 years OR
- 6+ years of combined RN/LVN experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or clinical instruction using an approved curriculum
- Supervise students in clinical settings and evaluate performance
- Assess students’ ability to apply knowledge, perform skills, and provide patient care
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
- Track attendance, grades, and student progress
- Provide tutoring, advising, and remediation support as needed
- Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and college events
- Support student success, retention, and readiness for entry-level healthcare roles
