Your Impact We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Vocational Counselor to join our team in Remington, VA! In this role, you aren’t just filling jobs—you are transforming lives. You will act as a strategist, advocate, and coach for individuals facing diverse challenges, guiding them toward fulfilling careers and long-term independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts; Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• General Education/Tutoring Experience: Minimum of 3 years required.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency working with Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and Transportation w/proper insurance coverage.
• Compliance: Successful Drug Screen and Background Check (Federal, State, County).
• Certifications: First Aid/CPR (Upon Employment) and completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed On-Site).
• Core Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
