Responsibilities

Identify individual strengths to craft customized, meaningful employment plans.
Lead candidates through the full lifecycle of employment—from interview prep to long-term on-the-job coaching.
Advocate for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure an equitable workplace.
Partner with York County employers to foster inclusive corporate cultures and diverse teams.
Act as a resource on industry trends, utilizing your expertise to connect clients with vital community resources.
