The Vocational Account Manager for Utilities/Crane is responsible for effectively managing their territory, which includes conducting cold calls, building and strengthening relationships with customers, and expanding the customer base. The role involves providing or facilitating technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with other Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services, and solutions. The manager will assist in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products, and/or industries, with periodic progress reviews. Additionally, the manager will develop and submit a yearly territory forecast and plan for approval, maintain customer accounts, and track all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM. The position requires a commitment to personal and professional growth, maintaining a professional appearance, and performing division-specific roles as directed by divisional managers and executives.
