BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must have a valid Missouri teaching certificate in Vocal Music grades K-12 Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to students' maturity, interest, and abilities. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of established District curriculum goals and establish and communicate clear objectives to the students for all lessons, units, and projects. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media. Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, provide progress reports as required, and communicate with parents as deemed necessary. Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, District policy, and administration regulations. Develop a code of conduct for the classroom that is consistent with the established Expectation Code of the District and the assigned building.
