The Boston Conservatory Vocal/Choral Intensive is a two-week summer program for pre-college singers that serves as a recruitment tool for our undergraduate voice programs. Instruction in this program is primarily served by current Conservatory faculty, with support from graduate students for teaching small sections of music theory/sight-singing, individual voice coachings, as well as serving in the choir. Dates: June 18-July 3, 2026 Voice Instructors will collaborate with VCI faculty and Program Director to plan curriculum for and teach approximately 16 30-minute voice lessons weekly, for two weeks. Hours will be dependent on student enrollment, and the goal for enrollment is for Voice Instructors to have a studio of 8 students. Instructors will attend two staff meetings and all opening events, as well as both solo recital events and the Grand Final performance and reception. Classes will be held 4 days a week and will not include the July 4th Holiday.
