About The Position
The VoIP Phone System Technician at Jackson Technical L.L.C is responsible for configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP based PBX systems, providing both on-site and remote support to customers. This role involves maintaining operating systems, repairing hardware, and installing software, as well as performing LAN maintenance and networking tasks. The technician will also be involved in personnel training and upgrading server software packages.
