About The Position

The VNA Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible for clinical quality oversight, data analytics, and strategic direction of the Home Health program. This role focuses on measurable outcomes, performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, high-quality patient care. Requirements

  • Current Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse, BSN degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in nursing; home health or hospice experience required.
  • Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and writing skills with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Understands the significance and importance of setting and meeting goals.
  • Must meet and work successfully with a wide variety of people.
  • Must be able to set a realistic schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible in work schedule as required.
  • Ability to work under all levels of stress and able to multi-task successfully during peak times.
  • Integrity, creativity, persistence, and achievement oriented.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
  • Must meet the requirements for employment, including but not limited to, possession of a valid driver’s license.
