About The Position

Responsible for Strategic Sales and Account Development initiatives as a part of the VMS MSP Team and management of VMS clients. Acts as a key partner in program operations, combining data analysis, office and client/MSP support, and process optimization to improve performance. This position can be remote. If the employee lives in Oklahoma City, they will be based at Express corporate office, currently with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a VMS or MSP coordinator, specialist.
  • Self-Directed Performer Self-motivated individuals with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications who can effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing demands, and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Decision-Making Independent thinkers who can draw from experience and company guidelines to make an effective and appropriate decision.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and prioritize.
  • Time Management Work with a high level of urgency; sensitivity to deadlines and ability to prioritize and differentiate between urgent and important.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for a strong knowledge of the VMS accounts managed by Program Managers including financial and operational requirements of the contract.
  • Serve as a backup for the Program Manager to the offices and client/MSPs.
  • Will communicate directly with clients and offices making business decisions as required.
  • Proficient in day-to-day operational activities in VMS tools
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial reports.
  • Work with the Program Managers on new client implementations which include a variety of activities: requesting background packages from approved vendors, building worker uploads, providing VMS access to the offices, creating client specific tools, onboarding PPTs, etc.
  • Instrumental in the transition of VMSs for an existing client.
  • Support the Strategic Sales team in the sales process as needed; this could include participating in prospect and internal calls.
  • Continuously evaluate processes for improvement to increase and drive operational efficiencies, and enhance franchisee, office staff, client/MSP experiences.
  • Expectation to provide recommendations to the Director and Program Managers.
  • Utilize and maximize a variety of technology platforms, including VMS technologies, Teams, Microsoft suite, etc.
