About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Tableau Developer. This position is a contract role with a duration of 12 months and high possibilities of extension. The location is Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of Tableau report development.
• Must have 3+ years of Alteryx development.
• Must have 3+ years of SQL coding/reporting.
• Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others.
• Strong presentational skills and ability to communicate complex ideas.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time to strict deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with ETL platform (e.g., Alteryx).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis and establish a data taxonomy.
• Reconcile logic across reports and processes.
• Document the inventory of data points and identify inconsistencies.
• Maintain project plan indicating risks, watch items, and report progress.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements.
