About The Position
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The VMO Contracts Analyst III will assist by developing and managing critical vendor relationships that include professional services. This includes reviewing and negotiating contracts to support Vendor Management Office indirect procurement associated with requirements for goods and professional technical consulting services. These include but are not limited to, consulting and software purchase agreements. Actively partner with legal and business unit stakeholders to develop and execute negotiation strategies that include optimal pricing, service, and quality targets. Provide support and guidance to internal customers pertaining to all agreements.
