About The Position

Vivrelle is seeking an enthusiastic, Winter Intern to play a critical role with our continued growth. This role will be reporting to our Showroom Manager within our Operations Team. The Showroom Internship is vital to supporting our large and growing member community. This internship will help you acquire showroom skills and provide you with knowledge of various showroom, product and customer service competencies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment as a pivotal part of the team! This paid internship will run three months. Our internship positions are in-person. Our company is dedicated to creating an internship program that does not interfere with your class schedule.

• Current enrollment in a related college degree or area of study

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the packaging room and showroom by organizing and tidying up
• Support packaging needs by learning and assisting in the preparation of orders
• Gain hands-on experience in packaging procedures and quality control measures
• Aid in the upkeep of the showroom's appearance to understand the importance of presentation and customer experience
• Assist in monitoring and organizing inventory levels
• Learn the basics of inventory handling by helping to arrange inventory items in designated locations
• Observe operational processes closely to learn how to improve efficiency in packaging, showroom organization, and inventory management
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve workflow based on observations and discussions with the team
• Collaborate with team members, offering support where needed, and learning from experienced colleagues to understand teamwork dynamics
