About The Position
At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Vitamin Manager is responsible for the sales and operation of the Vitamin Department. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service by providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable information about a large selection of supplements and related products. The Vitamin Manager must maintain an in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and other health and beauty items, guiding customers effectively. Responsibilities also include ordering products, managing inventory control, overseeing sales and promotional events, and achieving sales, margin, expense, and labor goals. The Vitamin Manager will engage and evaluate team members, participate in in-store meetings, and collaborate with the Store Manager on inventory decisions. Additionally, this role requires the ability to address team member concerns, document corrective actions, and ensure maximum productivity through effective scheduling and staffing.
