As the VITAL Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment, management, and ongoing growth of the VITAL community of practice. This position is based in Washington, DC, and operates in a hybrid work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include developing community activities to engage members, organizing community events and presentations, and designing, creating, and conducting surveys to understand member needs. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing studies to evaluate the impact of the community of practice (CoP) programs and activities. In addition to these responsibilities, you will create and manage CoP communications, supporting materials, and resources, as well as the contents of the CoP SharePoint. This will require close collaboration with the EUEA end-user engagement and knowledge management teams to ensure that all materials are relevant and effectively support the community's goals. Furthermore, the project manager will support other related responsibilities as directed by VITAL program leadership. This may include reviewing VITAL program content developed by Oracle Health and providing feedback and recommendations to VITAL leadership based on your expertise in clinical data and analytics training, process improvement, instructional design, and a thorough understanding of VITAL VA training goals.
