About The Position

The VitAL Training and Education Project Director oversees all educational activities and programs. Develops educational programs and new curriculum in coordination with the VitAL program. Oversees the recruitment and training of the training and outreach staff. Assists in the budgeting development and adherence of educational activities. Develops and implements programmatic educational goals and objectives. Ensures consistent branding and messaging across the VitAL program, training, and education. Ensures all educational activities comply with regulatory institutional, department, federal, and state requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of project management experience; OR master's degree and four (4) years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently using sound judgment.
• Solid decision-making skills to solve problems.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to organize and summarize information clearly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ph.D. in higher education administration or health education.
