( YouTube , Instagram , TikTok ) The Stylist is responsible for setting styling direction of all mannequin looks and physically dressing and maintaining mannequins to reflect seasonal fashion direction and visual merchandising standards. This role ensures mannequins are styled according to company guidelines, with attention to fit, detail, and presentation quality. This role is pivotal in bringing Tommy Hilfiger's vision to life in our stores ensuring each display aligns with the Tommy DNA and seasonal trends. The Stylist collaborates closely with our visual merchandisers, merchants and marketing to contribute to an engaging shopping environment that enhances customer experience and promotes Tommy's aesthetic values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in the fashion industry
  • 5+ y
  • Elevated level of aesthetics & composition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate ideas
  • The ability to be creative and inspire others
  • Self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
  • Awareness of fashion trends
  • Proficiency with in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of InDesign a plus
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, squat/bend, push/pull (including fixtures), climb ladders, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Dress, style, and maintain mannequins across Mens, Womens, Kids, and Accessories to align with brand, vision, seasonal direction, and company visual guidelines
  • Prepare product for styling, including steaming, pinning, and adjusting garments to ensure the best fit and overall presentation
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to execute creative styling concepts that highlight key product stories and reflect current fashion trends.
  • Rotate and update mannequin looks in line with floorset calendars, seasonal transitions, and new collection launches
  • Coordinate with inventory partners to ensure product availability, backup options, and substitutions that support sell-through and presentation goals
  • Support Visual Merchandising teams in styling mannequins and displays for leadership meetings, milestone presentations, and photoshoots
  • Maintain consistency in styling execution by applying established brand techniques and visual standards
  • Monitor mannequin displays to ensure they remain current, well-maintained, and reflective of seasonal priorities
  • Organize and maintain styling tools, supplies, and product inventory used for mannequin presentations
  • Partner with SVP of Visual Experience and the Merchant teams to align on seasonal assortments, ensuring all key colors and priority silhouettes are represented in the buy
  • Partner with SVP of Visual Experience and the Marketing teams to develop key campaign shoot looks that capture the essence of each season and align with the product stories
